Resolved, By the City Council of the City of , That Aldermen and , and , be a committee appointed to view the best grounds to open a street, or streets, near the Lot, to run from where a street was opened to, until it would extend to the eastern limits of the corporation, being a continuous route, and that they report at the next meeting.

Resolved, By the City Council of the City of , That the be instructed to notify the High Constables of this , that unless each of them do lodge a bond, (with sufficient sureties,) for five hundred dollars each, with the city , before the next meeting of this council, that they will be removed from said office for such neglect.
