Person[al]ly appeared before Joseph Smith Mayer of said , who being duly Sworn according to law deposes and says, that on or about the 15th. of Dec AD 1842 undecent conduct and behavior was used towards him contrary to an Ordanance of said entitled an ordenance Concer[n]ing Vagrants Idle and disorderly, persons in such cases made and provided; and further says that a public meeting was disturbed and interrupted on or about the same time, Contrary to an ordenance of Said entitled “an ordanance in relation to public meetings, in such cases made and provided. All of which took place in the City of and state of ; and further says that he believes that Edwin Cutler and Joseph Hamilton are gilty of the facts charged and further this says not.
