Same day,— Warrant issued against Defts returnable forthwith.
Same day,— Subpoena issued for the following named Persons to <appear> as Witnesses, returnable forthwith, to wit <Jackson Higbee, Gideon Gibbs, Supply Morey, D. C. Higby, & .>
Same day.— Edwin Cutler & Joseph Hamilton were brought before the Mayor, & the Trial was postponed until 6 oClock P. M. on Saturday the 17th. inst., that the Warrant might be executed upon , also to have Subpoena served on the Witness, <Jackson Higbee.>
