Personally appeared before me <> a Justice of the Peace and Alderman in and for Said . Joseph Smith who being first Duly Sworn according to Law Deposeth and Says that he has been informed and Verily believes that one of the and aforesaid, that he has been Informed and veriy believes did on or about the 25th. Inst. and at Divers other times previous to that time and before the Commencement of this Suit make use of <indecent, unbecoming, abusive ridiculous> Language concerning the acts and Character of Deponent Contrary to the ordinances of Said in Such Cases made and Provided— and further this Deponent Saith not—
