We command you that of the Goods and Chattels of in your , you make the Sum of Fifty Dollars Debt, and sixteen Dollars and eightyone and one fourth Cents Cost, which the City of lately recovered before the Municipal Court of said , in a certain plea, against the said , and hereof make return to said Court within seventy days from this date.— Given under my Hand, and Seal of said Court, this 3rd. day of December 1842.— By Order of the Court.
