This cause coming on for hearing and the defendants and having failed to file their answers herein in compliance with a rule of this court. It is ordered that the ’s Bill be taken for confessed as to them and the infant defendants herein having filed their answer by Henry Stephens their and this cause having come on for hearing upon Bill answers and exhibits and this court finding the allegations of s Bill to be true doth order a reference of the said mortgage to Esqr to compute the amount due thereon whereupon the said having filed his Report herein computing the same at the Sum of four hundred and forty three dollars and the Court here being satisfied therewith doth order and deem that the defendants pay into the hands of the for this court on or before the next term of this court for the the said sum of four hundred and forty three dollars with interest thereon at the rate of six per cent from this date until paid and that the report his proceedings herein to the next [p.
