On the Petition of Administrator of the Estate of Joseph Smith deceased for an order for the Sale of the Real Estate of Said Smith dec., to pay the debts thereof,
Now this cause coming on to be heard on the petition and exhibits of the Said petition— and it appearing here to the court that due notice had been given according to law by the Said of this application and no one interested appearing here in court to defend the Same It is therefore ordered by the court, that the Said bill be taken as confessed, and now again came the Said by his Solicitor. and the Court having fully heard the evidence and due consideration being therefore had. It is ordered and decreed by the court, that So much of the Real estate of Said Joseph Smith dec. as was his property at his death or at the time of his decease be Sold by said administrator to pay and satisfy the debts, now due <against> Said Estate It is further Ordered by the Court, that the said after having first given four weeks notice thereof by some Publications in Some public newspaper or in four public places in the aforesaid Shall proceed to sell the same to the highest bidder on a credit of Six months Securing the purchase money by good personal Security and a Mortgage on the premises.
