This day came Henry Stephens Esqr who was by a former order of this court appointed for the minor heirs and filed his answer as such Guardian ad litem
And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that and adult defendants herein have failed to appear and plead answer or demur to the s bill filed herein as in and by a rule of court entered herein heretofore they were required to do It is therefore ordered that the s bill and the matters and things therein Contained be taken as confessed against them [p.
