This day again came the plaintiffs by their attorney and the Jurors of a Jury— summoned in pursuance of the writ of inquiry awarded herein to wit William Kendall James Welch John Slater James M Renshaw E[lam] S. Freeman Joel Catlin John Thompson Samuel R Finley Isaac Funk Lemuel Mussetter and Hiram Woodworth and David R. Oshandler who being elected tried and sworn well and truly to assess the damages herein upon their oaths do say we the Jury find the Debt in the plaintiffs declaration to be the sum of Seven Thousand seven hundred and fifty nine dollars and six cents and assess the plaintiffs damages at the sum of Four Thousand two hundred and seventy five dollars and eighty eight cents— [p. 445]
