This day came the by his attorney and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the said one of the Defendants herein has been duly served with process and being called came not but made default Whereupon it is Considered by the Court that the said have and recover of the said impleaded with and the sum of Two hundred and twenty two dollars the amount of his debt in his declaratin mentioned together with his damages and as those damages are unknown to the Court it is ordered that the Clerks assess the same and the Clerk having assessed the same at the Sum of One hundred and sixty eight Dollars and ninety eight and one half cents which being approved by the Court it is therefore Ordered that the said have and recover of the said impleaded with and as aforesaid his said debt of One Hundred and— twenty two dollars as also the Sum of One hundred and sixty eight dollars and ninety eight and one half cents his Damages so assessed as aforesaid, together with his costs by him in his behalf which may be discharged upon the payment of the Damages— aforesaid and that he have for the Damages and Costs aforesaid
And it is further Ordered that a issue herein against the Said and requiring them to appear at the next Term of this Court and show Cause if any they have why they should not be made parties Defendants to the Judgment aforesaid
