Whereas on the 10th. day of April 1848, filed in this Court an affidavit that he is interested in the Estate of Joseph Smith deceased, in the hands of Admr. of Said Estate, and that the Said has removed without the limits of this , And whereas the said has been ordered to appear befor this Court this day and make a settlement of his accounts as said administrator, as required by law, And the Said administrator on the Estate of the said Joseph Smith, deceased, having neglected to appear and make said settlement as aforesaid It is hereby ordered that the letters of Administration heretofore granted to the said on the Estate of the said Joseph Smith decd. be and hereby are revoked, and to be henceforth held as naught.
