person was mutually elected by the parties aforesaid and sworn upon the Jury to wit Gilmore Callison which completed the pannel of the Jury and there being now twelve good and Lawful men elected and sworn upon the Jury well and truly to try the Issue Joined herein between the people aforesaid and the said defendants to wit Jesse Griffitts William Robertson Joseph M Jones Jones William Smith Joseph Massey Silas Griffitts Jonathan Foy Solomon J. Hill James Geddings Frederick M. Walton Jabez A. Bebee and Gilmore Callison and there not being Sufficient time to conclude the trial on to day. The further proceedings herein were ordered to be postponed until tomorrow— and the said Jurors were thereupon Ordered to be Kept by the said Separate and apart from all other persons and without speech with any unless it be with the said Elisors but to be provided with necessary meat and drink— Fire, Candle, and Bedding, in some private and convenient place, in the said Town of , and again returned into court at Seven <Oclock> tomorrow morning to which time this cause is — [p.
