We command you to attach Joseph Staunten [Stanton], Jonas Hobart, John Peyton, Benjamin Brackenbury, Thomas Dixon, George Walker, , Wm Houck, & Henry Mathias if to be found in your , and them safely keep so that you have their bodies before the Circuit Court of said on the first day of the next term thereof to be holden at the Court House in on the Third Monday in the month of May AD 1845, to testify & give Evidence in behalf of the People of the State of to answer for [blank] contempt of said court for having failed to attendin the Case of the People of the State of vs. , , , & als.whom lawfully summoned and called for that purpose.
