And now again came the parties by their attornies and the jury empannelled herein on yesterday and returned into court the following verdict to wit We the Jury find the guilty of violating the ordinance of the City of and assess a fine of six and one quarter cents Whereupon it is considered by the Court that the said have and recover of the said the said fine of six and a quarter Cents Together with the costs herein as well in the court below as in this Court and may have therefor &c [p. 475]
