Complaines on oath to Joseph Smith Mayor of said against for selling Ardent Sprits by the small quantity on or about the first day of Decr. Instant & at varous other times prior to said first day of December Contrary to the Statute& the ordinance of Said <> in trust case made and provided & prays that the said may be held to answer said Complaint
