Greeting; We Command you that the Body of Joseph Smith in your Custody detained as it is said, together with the day & cause of his Caption and detention by whatsoever name the said Joseph Smith may be known or called, you safely have before , Judge of the fifth Judicial Circuit in said forthwith wherever he may be found, to abide such Order, as the said shall make in this behalf— Hereof fail not and bring this Writ with you
