D (naming all the witnesses) the deponents were by me severally sworn to testify the whole truth of their knowledge touching the matter depending as aforesaid; that they were examined and their examination reduced to writing and by them respectively subscribed in my presence on the day, between the hours & at the place in that behalf first aforesaid.
