I wish you to say to Bro Joseph I want a copy of the act of incorporation, that is when you were incorporated a body corporate and politic, when Joseph was appointed trustee in trust and a copy of the power of attorney given by Joseph to . The farm owned by bro Herrington [Jonathan Harrington] and Some others Bro Owens &c can I think be placed back into the hands of bro Joseph a[s] trustee for the , if the Situation can be p◊◊◊◊◊. The Land is in N.Y.— I am advised to by go[od] [co]unsellors. I want these papers immediately. ◊◊ will be done by filing a bill in Chancery.
