forever, all that tract or parcel of land, situate and being in the County of in the State of viz: A part of Lot fifty three in Block four of s addition to , commencing two hundred sixty-eight and one half links South from the North East corner of said Lot, thence South two hundred seventy and three fourths links, thence West, one hundred forty three and one fourth Links, thence North two hundred seventy and three fourths Links thence East one hundred forty four Links, to the place of beginning be the same more or less. Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said his heirs and assigns forever. And the said and Lucinda G. his wife, their heirs and assigns, the aforesaid premises, unto the said his heirs and assigns, against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever, do and will warrant and forever by these presents defend: In testimony whereof, the said and Lucinda G. his wife of the first part, have hereunto set their hands and seals, the day and year above written.
