Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said his heirs and assigns forever. And the said and Malindey his wife, their heirs and assigns, the aforesaid premises, unto the said his heirs and assigns, against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever, do and will warrant and forever by these presents defend. This Indenture made and entered into this twenty fourth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty between and his wife of and State of of the first part and of the and aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever. Two certain pieces or parcels of land, situated lying and being in the County of and State of and described as follows to wit. Lots No one and four in Block No Eight in s Addition to the town of , with as much land on the East part of said Lots, as will make them full Lots.
