THE having taken out letters of administration from the court of Probate, of , Illinois, on the estate of Joseph Smith deceased, notifies and requests all persons having claims against said estate, to present the same to the court of Probate of said on or before the first Monday in December next, at 10 o’clock a.m. for adjustment.
All persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned.
