Sec. 1. Be it ordained by the city council of the city of , that if any person shall bathe or swim in any waters, within the limits of said , whereby such person shall be exposed to public view, in a state of nudity, such person shall be subject to a fine of three dollars, for the first offence, to be recovered on complaint before any court competent to try the same; and for the second offence, to the penalty of the Ordinance concerning Vagrants and disorderly persons, passed November 13th, 1841.
Sec. 2. This Ordinance to be in force from and after its passage.
