Sec. 1. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of , that if any person shall bathe or swim in any Waters, within the limits of said , whereby such Person shall be exposed to public view, in a state of nudity, such Person shall be subject to a fine of three dollars, for the first offence, to be recovered on complaint before any Court competent to try the same; and for the second offence, to the penalty of the Ordinance concerning vagrants and disorderly Persons, passed November 13th. 1841.
