YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED TO SUMMON who sues for the use of Hungerford & Livingston & Joseph Smith Jr if to be found in your , personally to be and appear before our Judge of our Circuit Court, for said County of on the 13 day of the next term thereof, to be holden at the Court House, in the town of on the 4 Monday in the month of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty one to answer to an appeal obtained by from a judgement rendered against & Joseph Smith Jr in favor of the said for said use before Esq., a Justice of the Peace of said , on the Fifth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty— for the sum of Eighty Five Dollars, and Eighty one Cents, and [blank] Cost of suit.
