And the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do further Present that the said , , William Aldridge , John Wood and late of said County of on the first day of october in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and thirty eight about the hour of ten in the night time of the same day, with force and Arams [Arms] a Certain other dwelling house of one David Miller then and there situate, feloniously and Burglariously did Break and enter with intent the Goods and Chattels of the said David Miller in the said dwelling house [then and] there being, feloniously and Burglariously to steal, take, and carry away, and then and there with force and Arms two saddles of the value of fifty dollars of the Goods and Chattels of the said David Miller in the same dwelling house then and there being found feloniously and Burglariously did Steal take and Carry away against the form of the Statute in such case made and Pro[vided and ag]ainst the Peace and D[ignity of the ]
