I Clerk of the Boone Circuit Court doth hereby certify that the foregoing thirty pages contain a true, full, and complete transcript of a certified copy of the original Indictment wherein the state of is plaintiff and & others for murder are defendants as fully and completely as the same now remains of Record in my office

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of the Boone Circuit Court at office in Columbia on the 18th July 1839.

And afterwards to wit In 17th May 1839 the Hon Judge of the said Circuit Court aforesaid filed in the office of the of the Circuit Court for the county of aforesaid the petition of Morris Phelps & praying a change of venue in their Several cases which said petition is in writing signed by the said Morris Phelps & also an order for a change of venue in the Several Cases aforesaid Signed by the said of the Circuit Court aforesaid which said [p.
