Now at this day the petitions of and Maurice Phelps Indicted for murder in the Circuit Court being presented praying for a change of venue said petition being verified by the affidavit of said petitioners and the Judge hereof being satisfied that reasonable previous notice of said application has been given to the prosecuting It is Therefore ordered that the venue in said Cause be changed for the reason as alledged by said applicants that the minds of the inhabitants of the sixth fifth and Eleventh Circuits and Every County in each of them are so much prejudiced against them that they Cannot in any County in either of said Circuits have a fair and impartial trial. It is further ordered the trial of said Cause be removed to the County of by reason of the change of venue as aforesaid, Given under my hand in vacation as Judge of the fifth Judicial Circuit state of
