It is ordered by me that a special Term of the Circuit Court be held on the first Monday in July 1839 for the trial of and Morris Phelps who are now Confined in the Jail of the said for <upon charge> of murder and of who is also Confined in said Jail upon the charge of Robbery Given under my hand at the Circuit aforesaid this 7th day of June 1839
