Whereas complaint has been made before me <the Mayor of said > on the oath of that Edwin Cutler and Joseph Hamilton did on or about the 15th of Dec. 1842 use indecent behavior and conduct towards him contrary to an ordenance of said in such cases made and provided; and further that the above named persons did interupt and disturbed a public meeting assembled in said at the same time contrary to the ordenance of Said ; all of which was done in the and aforesaid.
These are therefore to command you to take the bodys of the above named Edwin Cutler and Joseph Hamilton and bring them forthwith before me to be further delt with according to law.
Aand hereof make due return as the law directs Given under my hand and seal this 16th day of Dec. 1842
