Whereas complaint hath been made before me one of the Justices of the Peace within & for the County of aforesaid upon the oath of Josiah Simpson of the City of & of the & aforesaid that one & one & one late of the & aforesaid did unlawfully assault and beat him the said Josiah Simpson at the County of aforesaid.
