Be made defendants to this bill that summons issue against them that they be compelled to answer the same hereby insuring that their answer be under or either of them be under oath that an account may be taken of what is due your orator that the premises in this bill described be held and [illegible] [made?] subject to the payment of the same & to be sold therefore & that the said debt of your orator be satisfied out of said premises
And your orator prays for such other relief both general & specific in the premises as he may be found entitled to in equity & that you will may be able to grant on the final hearing of this cause And your orator as is duty bound will ever pray &c
