Defendants.
And now on this day, to wit: the 12th. day of March AD 1831 [1852], this cause coming on to be heard on bill, exhibits, answer of and and Master’s report: And the Court being fully advised in the premises doth order, adjudge and decree that the Said defendants within ten days pay to the Said Complainant the Sum of Four thousand nine hundred and eighty three dollars and Sixty nine cents and interest thereon from this date.
It is further adjudged and decreed that the Said premises in Said Bill and Report named, to wit: the North East qr of Sec. No. Eight (8) in Township No. Six North in Range No. Eight West. Also the West half of the North West qr of Sec. No. Five <(5)> and the East half of the North East of Section No. Six (6) in Township Four (4) North Range Eight West, also the East half of the South East qr of Sec. No. (31) Thirty one in Township No. Five (5) North Range Eight West. Also Lots 1. 2 & 3 on Block 116. Lot 4. Block 142, Lot 3 Block 142 <143>, Block 144, Lot 1 Block 145, Lot 3 Block 147, Blocks 155 & 156, Lot 2 Block 159 and Lot 1. on Block 160 in , all in , Illinois, are Subject in equity to be Sold to pay the Said Sum of money above ordered to be paid to the Said Complainant, as stated in Said bill of complaint.
And it appearing to the Court that the Master in Chancery of this Court is not a proper person to execute this decree, on motion of the Complainant, it is ordered that Milton M. Morrill of Illinois, be and is hereby appointed a Special [p. 460]
