Commissioner to execute this decree. And it is further ordered that the Said Commissioner, after ten days after this date, unless Said money, shall before that time be paid to the Said Complainant as herein directed, proceed to sell Said premises at the door of the in , Hancock County Illinois, after first giving such notice of the time and place of Sale and property to be Sold as is required on Sale of real estate by Sheriff on execution— that Said Sale be made for cash— that Said Commissioner make deeds to the purchasers— that out of the proceeds of Said Sale, he first pay the costs of this Suit and his fees, and second, the balance to George Edmunds Jr the assignee of Said Complainant— and take his receipt therefor, and report his proceedings herein at the next term of this Court. And it is further ordered, adjudged and decreed, that the Said defendants and each and every of them be and are hereby barred and foreclosed of all equity of redemption in Said premises—And it is further ordered that this cause stand continued until the next term of this Court.
