the widow of the said Joseph Smith deceased that afterwards about the same year the said Probate revoked the letters of administration granted as aforesaid to said and therefore appointed the <as> of said estate one that said Joseph Smith jr died possessed of some estate which came to the hands of said that said wholly failed to apply the same to the payment of the debts against said estate and has wasted and squandered the same but the amount of which your orator is wholly uninformed and which your orator charges was insufficient in value to pay any considerable portion as part of the debts of the said Joseph Smith jr and was insufficient to pay the funeral and administration expenses & other prefered debts of said deceased
That the estate of the said Joseph Smith jr. deceased which came to the hands of or knowledge of the said as administratrix as aforesaid was by her upon the revocation of his letters as aforesaid surrendered and deliv[er]ed to the said as such administrator de bonis non of said estate that the said and also his securities as such administrator de bonis non are each and every of them wholly insolvent, and have removed and are now out of the Jurisdiction of this Court to wit at the Salt Lake vally in that after [p.
