Whereas, by virtue of a Execution to me directed, from the Circuit Court of , bearing date the Sixteenth— day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty four in favor of and against and I did on the 9th. day of October one thousand eight hundred and forty four in pursuance of public notice given, and the statute in such cases made and provided expose to public sale, at the door of the Court House in , in said , the following described property: To wit, All of s right title and interest in the west half of Lot number two in Block Number Seventy One Situated in the to the City of . Hancock County and State of Illinois with the appurtenances and improvements thereto belonging, seized and taken in Execution as the property of s—And Whereas, at the time and place aforesaid, Joseph Fisher by bid the sum of Seventy dollars and —— became the purchaser of said property; for the sum of Seventy— dollars and [blank] cents, that being the highest and best bid for the same. Now, therefore, I, , Sheriff of said , do hereby certify, that the said Joseph Fisher—— will be entitled to a Deed for the property so sold to him at the expiration of fifteen months from the 9th. day of Octo. one thousand eight hundred and forty four the day of sale, unless the same be sooner redeemed, according to law.
