Lawrence in the sum of Seven thousand Seven hundred & fifty dollars & six cents Conditioned that if the said Joseph Smith who had been appointed Guardian of the said Nelson Lawrence, , Julia Lawrence & Margaret Lawrence shall faithfully discharge the office & Trust of such Guardian according to law. And should render a fair & Just account of his said Guardianship to the court of Probate for the County of from time to time as he should be thereto required by the said Court & Comply with all the orders of said Court Lawfully made relative to the goods chattles & moneys of the Said minors (the wards of said Joseph Smith as such Guardian & the plaintiffs meaning) all moneys goods & chattles title papers & effects which might come to the hands or possession of such Guardian (Said Joseph Smith meaning) belonging to such minors (the plaintiffs meaning) when such minors (the plaintiffs meaning) should be thereto entitled or to any subsequent Guardian should the court So direct then the said obligation should be void otherwise said obligation was to remain in full force & virtue— And the said plaintiffs aver that the said Joseph Smith as such Guardian in his lifetime received a large amount of money goods chattles rights, Audits lands Tenaments title papers and effects the property of his said Wards to wit: the sum of seven thousand dollars in Value, And the said plaintiffs further aver that the said Smith afterwards & while remaining such guardian to wit: in the Month of June A.D. One thousand Eight hundred and forty four died, And the said plaintiffs further aver that the said and have arrived at full age, And the said plaintiffs futher aver that after the death of the said Smith Guardian as aforesaid to wit on the fifth day of September A D. 1844. the said was duly appointed and qualified & took upon himself to act as Guardian of the said , Nelson Lawrence, , Julia Lawrence and Margaret Lawrence by & before [p.
