And now at this day to wit the seventeenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty two, comes the commissioner appointed to make sale herein, and filed in Court his report, from which it appears that the said commissioner has pursuant to the Decree of this Court at the last December Term (of this Court) sold the premises therein ordered to be sold for the sum of eleven hundred and sixty dollars and thirty five cents.
That he had paid the costs of said sale and fees herein amounting to the sum of ninety six dollars
That he had paid to pursuant to said decree the sum of eleven ($1160.35) hundred and sixty dollars and thirty five cents.
That he had made deeds to the several purchasers.
That there remains in the hands of said commissioner after the payment of said costs subject to the order of this Court the sum of one hundred and twenty nine dollars and fifty cents: (129.50) arising from former sales made herein and which this Court by its Decree herein at the last Term ordered to be held by said Commissioner subject to the further order of this Court.
And that the said sale fully paid the said Judgement mentioned in pad decree and costs of suit.
And the Court now having fully considered said report, being fully advised in the premises, doth order, adjudge and decree, that the said Report, Sale and Deeds be approved and confirmed.
It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said purchasers respectively be and by the said decree, sale and deed and by virtue hereof are invested with the title of said premises respectively in fee simple.
And it is further ordered that the said purchasers at said sale have a writ of possession for the premises purchased respectively whenever required by them and that upon such writ of possession said purchasers be placed in possession of said premises so purchased by them as stated in said Report of said Commissioner.
And it further appearing to the Court that there now at this 8th. day of July A. D. 1852, remains due to the said of monies decreed to be paid to her in Lien of Dower, the sum of one hundred and ninety seven dollars and thirty five cents ($197.35), from the said com [p. 696]
