Whereas at. the December Term AD 1850 of the Circuit Court of the for the District and State of a decree was rendered in a suit in wherein the were complainants and , , and heirs at law of Joseph Smith deceased Lewis C Bidaman [Bidamon] his wife Elisha Dixon her husband Solomon Kime [Keim] James Downing M. Shifkin, John Tillson Sophus K Holstein Henry Swank Michael Beagle Anton Willick J[ohn] L Hanna W[illiam] Hanna Mary Eagan John M. Eagan her husband, Michael S[ch]midt [blank] Smdt [Schmidt] his wife Jabez J Piggott James Clark Reuben H Loomis John Wilkie John C. Bidaman [Bidamon] Bryant Gilbride John Griffith[s] William Powers Christopher E Yates William McLennan Joseph Sibley J. C Hogeland Julia [Julius] C. Wright George Beagle J.
