WHEREAS, at the December Term A. D 1852, of the United States Circuit Court for the State and District of a decree was rendered in a suit in , wherein the were complainants, and and others defendants, by which decree the real estate herein after described was ordered to be sold in payment of a debt of $998[.]35, found by said decree to be due to said complainants from the estate of Joseph Smith, deceased after deducting the proceeds of sales heretofore made in said suit, and for the payment of which debt and real estate below described was ordered to be sold, in the manner and upon the terms below set forth, and the undersigned, , appointed by said decree a special commissioner to make sale of said real estate:
Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that I, as such special commissioner, acting under said decree shall on the 3rd day of May A. D. 1852, offer for sale at public , to the highest bidder for cash, at the west door of the Court House in , Adams county, Illinois the following described real estate, situated in , Illinois.
NE quarter of section 33 township 7 north, range eight west, west half of a a quarter of section 25 township 7 north range eight west, east half of south east quarter of section 25, township seven north, range eight west. Also that part of the north ten acres of the south west quarter of section two in township six north, range nine west, which lies west of the town plat of .
The undivided three fourths of the following described property in mass, to wit: The east half of the southeast quarter of section 31, township five north, range eight west, the west half of the north west quarter of section five township four north, range eight west; the east half of the north east quarter of section six, township four north, range eight west.
Deeds for the premises purchased will be executed by the Commissioner at the sale.
