I an acting Justice of the peace Within and for the Said do hereby certify that as administrator for the Estate of Joseph Smith deceased whose Signature appears to the foregoing deed, and who is personally known to me to be the identical person whose name is Subscribed to Said Deed as having executed the Same this day appeared before me and acknowledged that he had Signed, Sealed, and delivered the Same as his free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein expressed
