of said sale, as required in said decree, by advertisement of the time place, and terms of said sale and of the property to be sold, by publication for four weeks successively in the Quincy Whig and Popular Tribune. The first of said publication in each paper being more than five weeks prior to said sale and stating in said advertisement that said sale would be made upon the 8th day of April AD 1851, in front of the public House, Known as the in the City of , in said ; and whereas I did on the 8th day of April 1851 offer for sale in said City of at the place aforesaid, at Public , to the highest bidder, for cash, in hand the premises aforesaid in separate parcels as heretofore described according to the directions of said decree and as set forth in said advertisements, And whereas at said sale Charles Bohone became the purchaser of the North quarter of lot Three in block one hundred and eighty bidding therefor the sum of five dollars and five cents which was the highest bid <made> for the same. Now therefore, Know all men by these presents that I , Special Commissioner as aforesaid acting under said decree in consideration of the premises and the sum of five dollars and five cents to me paid, the receipt <of> which is hereby acknowledged have granted, Bargained and sold and do by these presents grant Bargain Sell convey and confirm unto the said Charles Bohne of aforesaid, his heirs, and assigns. the following described premises situate in the County of and State of <aforesaid> to wit. the North quarter of Lot Three in Block one hundred and eight Situate in the City of in the county of aforesaid.
