Bixler of Missouri became the purchaser of the South East Quarter of Lot four in block one hundred & six bidding therefor the sum of sixty Dollars which was the highest bid made for the same. Now therefore Know all men by these presents that I special commissioner as aforesaid, acting under said decree, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of sixty Dollars to me paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold, and do by these presents grant bargain sell, convey and confirm, unto the said Bixler her heirs and assigns the following described premises situate in the county of and State of aforesaid, to wit the South East Quarter of Lot four in Block one hundred & six situated in the City of and county of aforesaid To have and to hold, together with the appurtenances thereto belonging to her the said Elizabeth Bixler her heirs and assigns forever provided however that this Deed contains no implied Warrants on the part of said In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this eighth day of April AD eighteen hundred and fifty one
