Five (25) Township (7) North Range Eight (8) West bidding therefor the sum of five dollars which was the highest bid made for the Same. Now, therefore, Know all men by these presents, That I, , Special Commissioner as aforesaid, acting under Said decree, in consideration of the premises, and of the Sum of five dollars to me paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have Granted, Bargained and Sold, and do by these presents. Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey and Confirm, unto the Said Julia Ann Babbitt her heirs and assigns, the following described premises, situate in the County of , and State of aforesaid: to wit The south West Quarter of Section Twenty five (25) in Township Seven (7) North Range Eight (8) West situated in the County of State of Illinois. To Have and To Hold together with the appurtenances thereto belonging, to him the Said Julia Ann Babbitt her heirs and assigns forever. Provided, however, that this deed contains no implied warrants on the part of said .
