and whereas I did on the said 8h day of April AD 1851 offer for sale in said City of at the place aforesaid at public to the highest bidder for Cash the premises aforesaid in separate parcels as heretofore described according to the directions of said decree and as set forth in said advertisement and whereas at said sale Silas G. Strong of aforesaid became the purchaser of Lots, 1, 2, 3 & 4, in Block 105 and 4 in Block 107, bidding therefor the sum of 5.05 for the first 8.05 for the second, 10.25 for the third, 8.25 for the fourth and 21$ for the fifth lot which were the highest bid made for the same, Now therefore Know all men by these presents that I Special Commissioner as aforesaid acting under said decree in consideration of the premises and of the sum of fifty two Dollars and sixty cents to me paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and do by these presents grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said Silas G. Strong his heirs and assigns the following described premises situate in the County of of and State of aforesaid, to wit Lots one (1) Two (2) Three (3) and four (4) all in Block one Hundred and five (105) and Lot four (4) in Block one hundred and seven (107) all in the City of & County of aforesaid To Have and To Hold together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging to him the said Silas G. Strong his heirs and assigns forever, Provided however that this deed contains no implied Warrants on the part of said
