Now, therefore, know all men by these presents, that, I, , Special Commissioner as aforesaid, acting under said decree in consideration of the premises and of the sum bids aforesaid to be credited upon said decree and of one dollar to me paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, and sold, and do by the these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm, unto the said his heirs and assigns, the following described premises situate in the County of and State of aforesaid: to wit, the North East Quarter of Section Thirty one in Township Five North in range Seven West, the South Half of the North West Quarter of section Thirty Two, in Township Three North, in Range Eight West, and eighty square rods East side of North East Quarter of the South East quarter of Section Thirty one in Township Six North in Range Five West: To have and to hold, together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging, to him the said their heirs and assigns forever:

This day personally appeared before me W. B. Warren Clerk of the Supreme Court for the second grand division of the aforesaid whose signiture appears to the above deed, and who is personally known to me to be the idintical person who signed the same, who acknowledged that he had signed sealed and delivered the same as his act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
