to be sold by publication for four weeks successively in the Quincy Whig and Popular Tribune two newspapers published one in the County of and the other in the County of in said state of the said first publication in Each paper being more than five weeks prior to said sale and stating in said advertisement that said sale would be made upon the 8h day of April AD 1851 in front of the Public House Known as the in the city of in said and whereas I did on the said 8h day of April AD 1851. offer for sale in said city of at the place aforesaid at public to the highest bidder for cash the premises aforesaid in separate parcels as heretofore described according to the directions of said decree and as set forth in said advertisement and whereas at said sale William J Turner became the purchaser of W 1/2 NE 35 7 N 8 W bidding therefor the sum of Five dollars and fifty cents which was the highest bid made for the same, now therefore Know all men by these presents that I Special Commissioner as aforesaid acting under said decree in consideration of the premises and of the sum of Five(50/100) dollars to me paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and do by these presents grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said William J Turner his heirs and assigns the following described premises situate in the County of and state of aforesaid West Half of the North East quarter of Section Thirty five 35 in township Seven (7) North of range Eight (8) West of the fourth principal meridian lying and being in the County of and State of To Have and To Hold together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging to him the said William J Turner his heirs and assigns forever Provided however that this deed contains no implied warrants on the part of said In Witness whereof I hereunto subscribe <set> my hand and seal this Eighth day of April AD Eighteen Hundred and fifty one
