This day personally appeared before me an acting Justice of the peace in and for said and his wife the parties grantors to the foregoing Deed of conveyance, who are personally known to me to be the real and identical persons who signed the Same and signed and acknowledged the foregoing Deed as their voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and expreseed The said wife of the said being examined seperate and apart from her said having been informed by me of the contents of the foregoing Deed of conveyance she freely acknowledged the same as her voluntary act and Deed without the fear of compulsion of her said and relinquished her right of dower to the same.
