Corner; thence west 8 rods to a post; thence north 8 rods to a post; thence East 13 rods to the highway; thence northerly bounding on the center of the highway 4 rods north & south to the place of begining, containing 13 acres of land subject to all legal highways.
Also of the following describe[d] real estate situate in said deeded by to said Joseph Smith Jr by deed dated the 4th day of January 1837 & therein bounded and decreed as follows viz
known as part of lot No 30 and is bounded as follows, to wit; on the south by land formerly owned by Isaac Moore; begning near the North east corner of the said Moores land in the center of the road leading from to to and runing west on the north line of said land, twenty two rods; thence north seventeen rods to a stake marked No 1; thence East to the west line of the lot owned by the Methodist Church Episcopal Society on which their meetinghouse stands; thence south to the south west corner of said societies land lot; thence east to the center of the road before mentioned; thence southwardly to the place of begning, contain[in]g one acre and one hundred and fifty four and a half rods.
And is the same land on which stands the “” so called.
The said decedent died, leaving , <his widow>, who has since married one but the name of her husband is unknown to the , but they both reside at in the State of and is [p. [2]]
