You are hereby commanded to cause to be to administrator of the Estate of Joseph Smith deceased the Steam Boat “Maid of Iowa” now or lately in the possession of one Charles Ross: and also that you summons the said Charles Ross if to be found in your County to be and appear before the District Court for said County on the first day of the next term thereof to answer unto the said administrator of the Estate of Joseph Smith deceased for the unjust and unlawful detention of the said Steam Boat “Maid of Iowa” aforesaid
Hereof fail not at your peril
