WHEREAS, on the Sixth—— day of April— in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-three a judgment was rendered by Jos. Smith Esq. Mayor of the city of , Esq,, a Justice of the Peace within and for said county of , against Francis Dixon, and Elizabeth Dixon,—— in a suit insti[t]uted by ,—— against Francis Dixon and Elizabeth Dixon,—— for Seventeen—— Dollars and 87½,—— Cents, and Eight dollars & 75 cts,—— Costs of said suit, from which said judgment, the said Francis Dixon—— has appealed to the Circuit Court of said .
